Senior Supervisor - Solution Design

Responsibilities

• ● Responsible for designing and planning the inner layout of the warehouse, ensuring optimized functioning of the warehouse and achieving maximum efficiency and space utilization. Develops warehouse design by planning layout, product flow, and product handling systems. Adopts lean concepts to streamline processes to achieve process flow efficiency. Plans for efficient operation, allowing access to products as well as segmenting different product types from each other. Proficient in computer aided design and drafting software (eg. AutoCAD).
• ● Administrative career stream includes those who primarily support others by performing skilled technical, administrative or operational tasks. Jobs may range from highly supervised entry-level workers, technicians, and administrative staff to experienced individual contributors with robust technical or practical knowledge in specific areas, who have an ability to execute specialized work to support operations. At the top of this career stream, individuals work independently and apply standards, yet can also make departures from established processes to resolve problems.
