Responsibilities

  • ● Responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing large and complex accounts to drive long term profitable growth by maintaining or growing share.
  • ● Identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers to fully develop opportunities for growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.
  • ● Deeply understand key customer's needs and offer corresponding new solutions to strongly support customer's business growth, network expansion, or sale channel diversification.
  • ● Achievement of sales budget and payment management cooperation with finance and supply chain.
  • ● Address to significant customer concerns or complaints on daily operational basis.
  • ● Strong negotiation skills resilience and result-driven
  • ● Ability to decode the customer needs and to design adapted solutions
  • ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • ● Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation capabilities
  • ● Fluent in both spoken and written Englis
