Responsibilities
- ● Process and validate market rate price settings and surcharge filings according to regional / global standards.
- ● Monitor compliance with Regulatory requirements, Safety, Security & Environment and other government regulations across all filings.
- ● Maintain and update pricing and surcharge databases to ensure smooth system performance.
- ● Prepare and share pricing and surcharge reports with commercial and platform teams.
- ● Adopt process improvements and automation initiatives in collaboration with platform / functional / tech teams.
- ● Assist in simplifying surcharge structures by coordinating with various product teams.
- ● Accountabilities:
- ● Accurate and timely execution of market rate pricing and surcharge filings in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- ● Maintenance of pricing and surcharge data integrity to ensure system efficiency and cost optimization.
- ● Delivery of reliable pricing and surcharge insights to enable informed commercial decisions.
- ● Accurate and timely execution of tender quotations and contract rate filings for Air and LCL products within Service Level Agreements and in line with Naming and Coding requirements.
- ● Business/ Functional /Technical Knowledge:
- ● Strong attention to detail and accuracy in tender / contract management and rate filings.
- ● Customer-centric mindset with sense of urgency and accountability.
- ● Knowledge of Air and Freight forwarding contracting processes, tender management, and compliance requirements.
- ● Analytical skills for interpreting data and generating actionable insights
- ● Effective English communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with Global audience.
- ● Proficiency in contract management systems and reporting tools.
- ● Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
