About the Role
The Making Links Asia University Programme is designed to help talented university students with underrepresented backgrounds succeed in their early legal careers by developing technical and professional skills whilst building up strong commercial fluency and a global outlook.
Responsibilities
- ● Participate in a series of interactive webinars and online learning organised on a regional basis
- ● Attend one-on-one coaching sessions
- ● Complete a paid work experience programme in the closest local office
- ● Participate in local office activities throughout the programme
- ● Develop confidence using English in a professional setting
Requirements
- ● Be a native Arabic speaking first year law student
- ● Have an underrepresented background
- ● Be committed to pursuing a career in commercial law
- ● Demonstrate consistent academic performance
- ● Submit a CV, transcript of records, and a cover letter as part of the application process
