Responsibilities

• ● Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• ● Understand and have good knowledge of the M&E systems within the asset and with the Building Manager, ensure that the systems are operated within the design efficiencies and smoothly.
• ● Understand and be familiar with Corporate's requirements, policies, standards and procedures
• ● Review and identify any areas of improvement for asset operation for both soft services and M&E systems and ensure that the operation of the asset is optimal at all times
• ● Assist in overseeing the operation of soft services which includes management of service providers and tenants' feedback in a fair manner
• ● Working closely with the team to understand the M&E Systems within the assets. Ensure that the systems are operated within design intent
• ● Reviews of LLR's standard operation procedures and review asset existing operation process and house-rules to identify any gaps and areas for improvements
• ● Assist with preparation and reviewing of the annual operation expenses and forecasts
• ● Preparation of all necessary reports including budget, Annual Business Plan, Asset Review Reports etc.
