About the Role

We are seeking a Site Manager to join our WA Construction business and take a key leadership role. This is an opportunity for a seasoned delivery leader to drive construction excellence, uplift site performance, and build capability within a high performing team. Partnering closely with the Senior Site Manager and broader construction leadership, you'll set the tone for site culture, champion Zero Harm, and ensure our delivery frameworks are applied to the highest standard. You will lead a team of Supervisors and EHS, providing strong mentorship, technical direction, and decisive operational leadership. Key Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and inspect construction activities to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.   • ● Demonstrated experience as a Site Manager delivering complex projects, within a Tier 1 Commercial Buildings Project or similar.
  • ● Strong understanding of construction sequencing, trades coordination and program delivery.

  • ● Excellent communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
