About the Role

Lendlease is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers based in Victoria who are interested in current and future opportunities across our national project portfolio. In this position, you will play an integral role in managing subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project. This includes developing and maintaining construction programs, implementing the procurement strategy, value engineering, managing quality and ensuring high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver a successful construction project.
  • ● You will develop and maintain construction programs.
  • ● You will implement the procurement strategy.
  • ● You will perform value engineering.
  • ● You will manage quality.
  • ● You will ensure high levels of Health and Safety at all times.

Requirements

  • ● You will need 4-7+ years of on-site construction delivery experience.
  • ● You will need a proven track record on large-scale building projects, ideally over 100m.
  • ● You will need strong skills in programme development, cost control, and risk management.
  • ● You will need experience resolving design and coordination issues.
  • ● You will need the ability to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
  • ● You will need a deep understanding of EHS, quality, and sustainability standards.
  • ● You will need excellent stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills.
