What you'll be doing To support two key business initiatives within Sales: 1) ScottishPower is in the process of embedding Call Centre Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) within the telesales operation, which requires expertise to design, configure, and operationalise CCAI within a live call centre environment. 2) To support a project to identify and implement new sources of free, internally generated call data for Telesales: Period of time required is 9 months ACCOUNTABILITIES Lead CCAI Implementation - Own the end to end design, configuration, and operationalisation of Call Centre Artificial Intelligence (CCAI) within the telesales environment, ensuring rapid deployment and measurable commercial impact. Optimise CCAI Performance - Refine call flow logic, and establish monitoring frameworks to maximise sales conversion, agent efficiency, and customer experience.
