Our drivers play an integral role in the delivery of day-to-day operations for our dispatch department, where we thrive together in bringing moments of magic to our customers and our team. In this role you will be responsible for: Safely and efficiently operate a company-provided dispatch van to deliver and pick up goods to and from various locations. Plan and follow the most efficient routes using GPS and company-provided technology to meet strict delivery deadlines. Load and unload the van carefully, ensuring that all items are securely packed and organised to prevent damage during transit. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, reporting any maintenance issues or damage immediately to management. Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups, including signing for packages and obtaining signatures from recipients. Communicate effectively with the dispatch team, customers, and other staff members to resolve any delivery issues or delays. Provide friendly and professional customer service during every interaction. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations. Keep the vehicle clean and organised, both inside and out.
