This is an exciting opportunity for a social media professional who is passionate about creating impactful content, driving engagement, and using performance insights to continually enhance results.

Responsibilities

  • ● Managing social media calendars and coordinating content planning, briefing, scheduling, publishing, and quality assurance across channels.
  • ● Collaborating with internal stakeholders and creative teams to identify and develop engaging content opportunities.
  • ● Monitoring and analysing channel performance, contributing to reporting and using insights to drive optimisation and growth.
  • ● Supporting the operational management of social channels, including governance, account security, compliance, audits, and content delivery processes.
  • ● Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working - this is what we refer to as 'Hybrid'. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

You'll have a data-driven mindset, using insights and performance metrics to inform decision-making and enhance channel effectiveness. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, embracing change and continuously seeking opportunities to improve processes, performance, and ways of working. You'll also be comfortable taking ownership, influencing others, and contributing to the success of a collaborative team.
  • ● You'll also have:
  • ● Strong knowledge of social media platforms, channel best practices, and social analytics tools.
  • ● Previous experience in social content management within a brand, agency, retail, or consumer-focused environment.
