About the Role

As a Festive Support Assistant, you'll provide flexible support across multiple areas of the store, helping our teams deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience during one of the busiest times of the year. No two days will be the same. You may be supporting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, processing transactions at the tills, assisting with festive gifting, or ensuring our store remains beautifully presented and ready for trade.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for every customer.
  • ● Support customers with enquiries and product recommendations across beauty and gifting.
  • ● Operate tills and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • ● Replenish stock and maintain product availability across the store.
  • ● Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a beautifully presented shopping environment.
  • ● Assist with festive gifting services and seasonal activities.
  • ● Promote our My Beauty rewards programme and customer feedback initiatives.
  • ● Work collaboratively with colleagues across different areas of the business to support peak trading.
