Responsibilities
- ● You will be selling a curated range of Harrods branded products, including confectionery, stationery, souvenirs, and more
- ● You will be the face of our iconic brand, and will be responsible for creating world class customer experiences for each and every customer.
- ● You will take time to understand and learn about our customers, combining the "Art of Selling" with your comprehensive product knowledge; this tailored service approach leads to achieving sales targets as well as repeat customer visits.
- ● You will ensure high visual merchandising standards, adequate stock levels and replenishment, championing our My Beauty rewards scheme and our customer feedback surveys.
Requirements
- ● You will be an exceptional professional with a strong foundation in retail, hospitality or beauty.
- ● You will have best in class experience in providing a memorable service to our clients.
- ● You will be dedicated and disciplined in your work, and be a leading example of excellence in your team.
