About the Role

As a Junior Videographer, you will support the Senior Videographer and wider Video Team in the creation of high-quality video content across a variety of studio, location and in-store productions. This is an exciting development opportunity for someone looking to build a career in videography, gaining hands-on experience across all stages of the production process. Working closely with Videographers, Photographers, Senior Creatives and Studio Leads, you'll contribute to the delivery of engaging content while developing your technical, creative and operational expertise within a fast-paced creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the delivery of video productions across studio, location and in-store environments.
  • Providing on-set assistance to Videographers and Senior Videographers to ensure shoots run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Managing media workflows, including organising, backing up and maintaining footage in line with established processes.
  • Assisting with the capture of video content, including social-first and mobile content, while learning industry best practices.
  • Maintaining production equipment and supporting the day-to-day operations of a collaborative creative studio environment.
  • This role is based across our 3 sites, City Road Studio, Knightsbridge, and Hammersmith, with 2 days working from home.

Requirements

  • You will also have:
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and an understanding of basic video editing workflows, including media organisation, timeline assembly and exporting content.
  • A foundational understanding of camera equipment, lighting, audio capture and video production processes.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and external partners.
