Requirements
- ● Commitment to engage with and align to HammondCare's Christian Mission, Motivation and Mission in Action
- ● Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Power Platform governance, with the ability to independently deliver complex enterprise solutions
- ● At least 5 year's proven experience developing integrations using APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, connectors and modern integration patterns
- ● Strong experience implementing AI-enabled solutions, including Copilots, AI Agents, intelligent document processing, decision automation, generative AI and workflow orchestration
- ● Deep understanding of business process optimisation, workflow design and automation architecture, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and maintainable technical solutions
- ● Demonstrated experience leading the end-to-end delivery of automation initiatives from solution design through development, testing, deployment, support and continuous improvement
- ● Understanding of cyber security, identity, privacy and technology governance requirements
