About the Role
nrolled Nurses who have completed a module on medication administration. Based at Braeside Hospital in Prairiewood you will be a part of a highly dedicated team that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients. We offer a stimulating workplace and a supportive team environment within the Rehabilitation unit. Our staff are valued members of the multi-disciplinary team and are encouraged to participate in all learning and development activities. HammondCare is a NSW Health-affiliated organisation all NSW Health transferrable entitlements will be recognised.
Requirements
- ● Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency
- ● Ability to work a rotating roster
- ● Willingness to travel between HammondCare's sites and services
- ● Sound computer skills
- ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- ● Empathy and patience
