About The Role This is a Permanent part-time role that is based in Horsley or Nowra, NSW and looks after our clients living in the Illawarra Region. As an Occupational Therapist (full-time) you'll be a valued member of our growing Clinical Care & Practice Team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to people within the community. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting clear care goals, and providing treatment and intervention. Requirements

  • ● A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting. This can include inpatient/outpatient, community settings, or both.
  • ● You're a strong communicator, and able to plan and manage your time effectively.
  • ● Enjoy working independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • ● Access to a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license and safe driving record to travel between client's homes and HammondCare locations (travel costs reimbursed).
