You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day to day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients' homes using your own car (you'll be paid 0.99 per km plus paid travel time).
