About the Job

Estia Health Yarra Valley is seeking experienced PCA's / Carers (Personal Care Attendants/Workers) to join on a Permanent Part Time or Casual basis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well fed
  • ● Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
  • ● Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
  • ● Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
  • ● Be a friend to our residents
  • ● Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected

Requirements

Certifications

  • ● A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care

Skills

  • ● A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • ● Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
  • ● Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
