About the Role

Estia Health Wattle Glen is seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager with a strong clinical background, who can make a major difference in the lives of our residents by leading our aged care home towards operational excellence Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.

Requirements

  • ● Spent at least five years in a management role.
  • ● A background in aged or medical care.
  • ● Worked with a number of different systems.
