About the Job

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing. As second in command, you'll have a key role in the future of aged care.

Role & Responsibilities

  • ● Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family
  • ● Train up the next generation of carers and nurses
  • ● Oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting
  • ● Develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be
  • ● Help financially manage the home

Requirements

Certifications

  • ● Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration

Experience

  • ● At least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
  • ● Experience in managing people and budgets

Skills

  • ● A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • ● A background in Aged Care
