About the Role
Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you play a special role in the future of aged care.
Responsibilities
- ● Lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
- ● Work with our team to support those with challenging needs
- ● Help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
- ● Keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
- ● Be a friend to our residents
- ● Make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Requirements
- ● A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- ● A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- ● Time spent working as a caregiver or similar
- ● Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
