About the Role

The role involves providing clinical care to residents, creating comprehensive individual assessments and care plans, ensuring accurate documentation, and leading and supervising personal care workers to promote a holistic team approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

  • ● Provide clinical care to residents
  • ● Create comprehensive individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents
  • ● Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN-ACC and Commonwealth Standards
  • ● Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Requirements

  • ● Real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • ● Ability to build and develop rapport with residents, families, and visitors
  • ● Nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration
  • ● Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
  • ● Minimum of 12 months experience as a nurse
