About the Role

The Cook position is a casual role focused on creating a home residents love by delivering fresh, wholesome, healthy, nutritious and delicious meals. The successful candidate will work alongside the Chef to assist with kitchen management, tailor meals to individual needs and preferences, and support the broader kitchen team to provide a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • ● Hold a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery.
  • ● Demonstrate great communication and documentation skills.
  • ● Have some experience within a commercial kitchen, with aged care experience highly regarded.
  • ● Possess extensive experience with a broad range of cuisines and dietary requirements, responding to social, spiritual and cultural needs of residents.
