About the Job
Reporting directly to the Regional Manager, and as the 'head of' the home, you'll lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and creating a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff. This is a rewarding leadership role where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact-driving quality care, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the smooth operation of our home.
Role & Responsibilities

Requirements
Experience
- ● Spent at least five years in a management role
Skills

- ● A background in aged or medical care
- ● Worked with a number of different systems
