Responsibilities
- ● Ensure the presentation of the home is of the highest standard
- ● Work both inside and outside the facility
- ● Handle a multitude of different maintenance tasks
- ● Support residents with their maintenance requirements
- ● Coordinate the maintenance program
- ● Maintain excellent record keeping
Requirements
- ● Can-do, collaborative approach
- ● Good attention to detail
- ● General handy skills are highly valued
- ● Pass required background checks
- ● Provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination during the influenza season
