About the Role
Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you play a special role in the future of aged care.
Responsibilities
- ● You will lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
- ● You will work with our team to support those with challenging needs
- ● You will help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
- ● You will keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
- ● You will be a friend to our residents
- ● You will make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected
Requirements
- ● You will have a real desire to make a difference in people's lives
- ● You will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
- ● You will have time spent working as a caregiver or similar
- ● You will have solid clinical documentation and computer skills
