Responsibilities

  • ● Provide clinical care to residents.
  • ● Create comprehensive individual assessments and care plans for new and existing residents.
  • ● Ensure timely and accurate documentation, including AN ACC and Commonwealth Standards.
  • ● Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to resident care.

Requirements

  • ● Demonstrated empathy and a real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • ● Prior experience working in an aged care home.
  • ● Ability to build and develop rapport with residents, their families, and visitors.
  • ● A nursing diploma and current AHPRA registration.
  • ● Solid clinical documentation and computer skills.
