About the Role

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing.

Responsibilities

  • ● Look after residents and nurture the relationship with their families.
  • ● Train the next generation of carers and nurses.
  • ● Oversee the clinic, from stock management to compliance and reporting.
  • ● Develop clinical care programs to achieve their best potential.
  • ● Help financially manage the home.

Requirements

  • ● A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives.
  • ● Qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration.
  • ● At least three years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above.
  • ● Experience managing people and budgets.
  • ● A background in aged care.
