Responsibilities

  • ● Report directly to the Regional Manager and act as the head of the home.
  • ● Lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional care and create a warm, supportive environment for residents, families, and staff.
  • ● Find the best way forward for residents and staff.
  • ● Run a tight ship by maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
  • ● Keep the lights on and ensure revenue targets are met.

Requirements

  • ● Strong business leader with commercial acumen and generous management style.
