About the Role
Estia Health Healesville has exciting opportunities for experienced Registered Nurses to join our team on a Casual basis, working a range of morning, afternoon and evening/night shifts. A comfort to our residents, a leader to the team - being a great nurse is all about how you make people feel. The role is not an RN In Charge (RNIC) Role, but it's RN Grade 2 role.
Responsibilities
- ● See to our residents' medical needs.
- ● Put together clinical documentation.
- ● Be a leader to staff, helping them to grow.
- ● Be a health and safety role model.
- ● Take pride in what you do and maintain the highest standard of work.
Requirements
- ● A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
- ● Leadership experience in clinical care.
- ● A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
- ● Solid documentation skills and knowledge of AN-ACC.
