About the Role

Every individual in our homes has a story. You'll get to know each one as you work in this role, which involves playing a special part in the future of aged care.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will lend a hand with daily life - making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed
  • ● You will work with our team to support those with challenging needs
  • ● You will help keep our residents' bodies and minds active
  • ● You will keep tabs on our residents' health - helping with treatments
  • ● You will be a friend to our residents
  • ● You will make sure every resident's privacy and dignity is respected

Requirements

  • ● You will be a true team player and great communicator
  • ● You will have a real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • ● You will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care
  • ● You will have time spent working as a caregiver or similar
  • ● You will have solid clinical documentation and computer skills
