Responsibilities

• ● Driving a continuous improvement culture
• ● Acting as a clinical resource for staff, offering clinical education
• ● Focusing on clinical service delivery, compliance, and audit processes
• ● Care planning in line with new standards
• ● Taking pride in your clinical documentation management skills
• ● You'll be someone who is empathetic and who's previously worked in an aged care home. You'll also have:
• ● A real desire to make a difference in people's lives
• ● Leadership experience in clinical care
• ● A nursing degree and current AHPRA registration
• ● Solid documentation skills and knowledge of ANACC
