About the Role

Reporting into the head of the home, known as the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you'll draw on your clinical background to improve every aspect of our residents' wellbeing. Join us in playing a special role in the future of aged care.

Responsibilities

  • ● You will look after residents and nurture the relationship with their family
  • ● You will train up the next generation of carers and nurses
  • ● You will oversee your clinic, from stock to compliance and reporting
  • ● You will develop clinical care programs, making them the best they can be
  • ● You will help financially manage the home

Requirements

  • ● You will be an honest and ethical leader, with a hunger to learn and challenge yourself
  • ● You will have a real desire to make a difference in people's lives
  • ● You will have qualifications as a registered nurse and current AHPRA registration
  • ● You will have at least 3 years in a nursing management role, at ward level or above
  • ● You will have experience in managing people and budgets
  • ● You will have a background in Aged Care
