About the Role

Estia Health Findon is a new 124 bed Residential Aged Care Home currently under development with an opening date of September 2026. We are looking for compassionate, reliable and community-minded people to help create a warm, safe and welcoming environment for our future residents. Whether you are an experienced aged care professional or looking to start a meaningful career in care, this is an opportunity to be part of something new from the very beginning.
