About the Role

In this varied and busy role you deliver engaging, fun and varied activities ensuring residents have their best day, everyday. A key part of your role will be giving personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections within the home. As well as providing some aspects of direct care you will love getting to know the personal interests of our residents and finding engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

Responsibilities

  • ● Deliver engaging, fun and varied activities to ensure residents have their best day every day.
  • ● Give personal care and emotional support to residents to ensure they feel valued, safe and maintain strong social connections.
  • ● Provide aspects of direct care to residents.
  • ● Get to know the personal interests of residents and find engaging, fun and innovative activities that keep them motivated and smiling.

Requirements

  • ● Bring your energy and passion for enriching the lives of older Australians into this fun, dynamic and varied role.

  • ● Be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once.

  • ● Pass the required background checks.
  • ● Provide evidence of a current influenza vaccination during the influenza season.
