Location : This role will be based out of The Leela Office located on the 4th Floor, Airport Road, Kodihalli, Bangalore- 560008. Our expectation at this time, is that you would work from our office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays with flexibility to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Your work tasks / responsibilities As a software engineering manager, you will lead, mentor, coach and grow a team of diverse, talented engineers who are versed in delivering world-class services in high pressure situations. Effective collaboration skills will be required to work closely with other engineering and research teams to ensure services & systems are highly stable and performant and meet the expectations of internal and external customers. This role requires a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced, highly technical, constantly evolving environment. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated people management skills and exceptional customer focus. You will be required to provide technical leadership and nurture a learn-it-all, curious, data-driven culture in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
