In this role, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive project activities, and help bring innovative products from concept to production.

Responsibilities

  • ● Lead or coordinate product development projects and technology initiatives.
  • ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project objectives.
  • ● Support projects throughout the entire development lifecycle, from concept to production.
  • ● Prepare project updates and present progress to stakeholders.
  • ● Contribute to investment planning when required.
  • ● Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • ● Required Skills and Competencies:
  • ● Interest in developing project management skills within a product development environment.
  • ● Understanding of product development processes and willingness to learn industrialization and product launch activities.
  • ● Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • ● Good problem-solving, planning, and prioritization abilities.
  • ● Ability to coordinate activities across cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.
  • ● Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently when needed.
  • ● Comfortable working in an international and intercultural environment.

Requirements

  • ● Degree in Engineering / equivalent industry experience
  • ● Project management training or certification would be an advantage.
  • ● Proficiency in English.
