Responsibilities

  • ● The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strategic thinking, project management experience, stakeholder management skills, and a deep understanding of the digital payments ecosystem.
  • ● In the detail, you will:
  • ● Develop and execute the LATAM payments strategy, driving payment performance and customer experience.
  • ● Manage payment providers, banking partners, and fraud prevention vendors, including commercial negotiations and performance monitoring.
  • ● Monitor and improve key payment and fraud KPIs, ensuring efficient payment flows and risk mitigation.
  • ● Lead cross-functional projects related to payments, fraud prevention, and process improvements.
  • ● Coordinate project roadmaps, timelines, stakeholder communication, and performance measurement.
  • ● Identify innovative tools, technologies, and market trends that can enhance payment performance, fraud prevention, and customer experience.
  • ● Partner with Marketing and commercial teams to develop payment campaigns that drive conversion and revenue growth.
  • ● Prepare reports, presentations, and governance routines to support business decisions and ensure compliance.
  • ● As part of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in Lean Thinking projects and activities (EMS/EAI).

Requirements

  • ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Technology, or related fields.
  • ● Strong experience in Financial Scope: Payments, Fraud Prevention, E-commerce, Fintech, Financial Services, or Digital Commerce.
  • ● Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in Spanish.
  • ● Advanced proficiency in English.
