Support the development of innovative products by conducting tests, analyzing results, and recommending solutions to resolve technical issues and enhance product performance. In detail, you will:
Requirements
- ● University Degree in Engineering
- ● 10+ years of experience in Product Development/R&D, covering design, development, and testing activities, ideally in the appliances industry
- ● Solid experience managing laboratory operations and testing capabilities
- ● Strong leadership and people management skills
- ● Experience setting up and operating testing laboratories to international and local standards
- ● Results-driven with strong project execution and delivery capabilities
- ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate test outcomes into product improvements
- ● Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- ● Proficient in English
