What you''ll do :- Responsible for full-cycle PTP processing, ensuring accurate and timely handling of invoices Receive, pre-validate, and scan paper and PDF invoices. Monitor scanning processes and rectify any errors to ensure all documents are correctly digitized.Issues are being escalated and raised on timely manner Perform manual and automatic matching of invoices for direct materials, finished goods, and indirect materials. Prepare analysis of Goods Received Not Invoiced (GRIR) accounts and investigate discrepancies. Monitor quantity and price error reports and implement corrective actions Provide coding for FI invoices and update the coding matrix as necessary. Send reminders to approvers and certifiers to expedite invoice approvals. Review and verify the correctness of approved invoices. D
