In this role, you will be responsible for the core app and shared experiences, leading a team of designers with deep expertise in creating intuitive, scalable, and high-quality digital experiences. You will set the design direction for foundational app experiences, raise the bar for craft and user advocacy, and coach designers to grow their skills and confidence. Requirements

  • ● + years of experience in a design leadership role within a technology, digital product, or software organization.
  • ● Demonstrated experience as a people manager, with direct responsibility for performance management, regular feedback, coaching, and the professional development of designers in a complex product or platform environment.
  • ● You have a thorough understanding of design and creative development processes in an Agile environment
  • ● Extensive experience of working with hands-on UX design in agile cross-functional development teams
  • ● Solid understanding of mobile UX principles, iOS and Android design guidelines, and how to apply design systems effectively to create consistent, scalable app experiences.
  • ● You're an excellent communicator who can articulate the rationale for your team's work
  • ● Good knowledge of how to use AI to improve processes and outcomes.
  • ● Good spoken and written English.
  • ● An online portfolio or PDF showcasing a range of your work.
