All about the role: We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer to guide and grow our frontend development team. In this role, you'll be responsible for both technical leadership and people management, driving the long-term direction of our web platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, owning the design system, and ensuring high-quality delivery across the team. Requirements

  • ● + years of frontend development experience.
  • ● + years of technical leadership or engineering management experience.
  • ● Expert-level proficiency in Next.js , React , TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
  • ● Strong experience of state management frameworks .
  • ● Deep understanding of frontend performance optimization including Core Web Vitals, bundle optimization, and server-side rendering strategies
  • ● A collaborative approach with excellent communication skills in English and attention to detail.
  • ● A track record of mentoring and developing engineers , with a supportive and communicative leadership style.
