Requirements

  • ● To succeed in this position, you will bring a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline, together with solid experience in financial accounting, controlling, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • ● You have previous people leadership experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams. You are commercially minded, analytical, and confident influencing stakeholders across different functions and levels. Experience from a multinational manufacturing environment is essential, while exposure to change management or finance-related systems implementations would be a valuable advantage.
  • ● Fluent Finnish and English language skills are required.
