About the Company

Sales Coordinator (Fixed-term, 2 years) We are looking for a customer-focused and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our Customer Service team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, supporting day-to-day customer service activities, and ensuring smooth collaboration between customers and internal stakeholders. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 2 years, with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

  • ● Customer Service & Order Management
  • ● Manage customer orders from order entry through to delivery
  • ● Ensure timely order confirmations and accurate order processing
  • ● Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status and delivery information
  • ● Coordinate closely with Production Planning, Procurement, Warehouse, and Logistics teams
  • ● Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization
  • ● Escalate and support the resolution of customer complaints in cooperation with the Quality team
  • ● Proactively communicate potential delivery issues and ensure appropriate internal escalation
  • ● Support Key Account Managers in servicing customer accounts and achieving business objectives
  • ● Manage customer priorities and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
  • ● Prepare regular reports and support Supply Chain performance targets
  • ● Customer Data & Asset Management
  • ● Maintain and review customer master data within ERP systems
  • ● Manage customer-owned assets, including pallet balances and production tools
  • ● Ensure data accuracy and timely system updates
  • ● Quality, Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • ● Support compliance with company policies, management systems, and FSC requirements
  • ● Participate in customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
  • ● Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
  • ● Follow quality, environmental, health & safety, food safety, and sustainability requirements
