Responsibilities
- ● Deliver exceptional and personalised customer experiences, taking the time to understand individual needs and exceed expectations.
- ● Bring our brands to life through compelling storytelling, product knowledge, tastings, masterclasses and other experiential moments.
- ● Drive commercial performance through confident selling, cross-selling and up-selling while contributing to individual and store sales targets.
- ● Build and maintain strong client relationships, using customer relationship management tools to encourage loyalty and repeat visits.
- ● Maintain high operational standards across point-of-sale systems, stock management and visual merchandising.
