About the Role
The Primary responsibility of the commercial function is to cater the market requirement with efficient planned manner, with the right standard and quality. The role is responsible for supporting the unit to manage purchase, supply chain and delivery of orders with the objective of cost optimization, smooth operation and efficient resource management. This role is responsible for supporting Smooth IMFL Dispatch activities in line with company Policy & SOP and as per local excise rules.
Responsibilities
- ● Works according to the logistics process & procedures
- ● Support day-to-day operations of the functions i.e., Truck Placement Day to day dispatch as per plan, warehousing, Unit Excise liaising etc.
- ● Monitor inventory to maintain optimum levels of stock at all times and reports variations to department manager
- ● Adherence to FIFO in FG
- ● Maintain optimum TTT (Truck Turn Around Time)
- ● Maintains MIS & completes data entry for SAP/TMS, GRN entries and other reporting tools
- ● Assist unit head/ department head for preparation of daily & monthly MIS
- ● Maintain MIS on dispatch, Inventory & Excise related reports etc.
Requirements
- ● B.Com/BBA/M.Com/MBA
- ● 2-5 years of Supply chain Experience
