About the Role
As an Experience Ambassador, you'll welcome visitors from around the world and guide them on an unforgettable whisky journey. Through immersive tours, tastings and exceptional service, you'll bring the Johnnie Walker story to life while creating personalised experiences that leave lasting memories.
Responsibilities
- ● Deliver engaging guided tours and whisky tastings that bring the Johnnie Walker story and Scotch whisky to life.
- ● Welcome guests, provide admissions, ticketing and visitor information while creating a warm and memorable first impression.
- ● Build personalised visitor experiences by understanding customer interests and recommending tailored experiences across our Scotland Brand Homes.
- ● Act as a passionate brand ambassador, confidently sharing whisky knowledge, brand heritage and responsible drinking messages.
- ● Support special events, retail operations and other guest-facing activities as needed to ensure a seamless visitor journey.
