About the Job
As People Operations Manager, you'll lead the people operations agenda across our Visitor Experience function. Combining workforce planning, leadership coaching and operational excellence, you'll ensure we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time while creating an environment where our teams can thrive.
Role & Responsibilities
- ● Lead workforce planning, rostering and labour optimisation to support operational and seasonal demand.
- ● Coach and develop frontline leaders, building capability in people management, performance, wellbeing and employee relations.
- ● Oversee recruitment coordination, agency partnerships and workforce planning to ensure an engaged and high-performing team.
- ● Monitor labour budgets, workforce data and operational reporting to drive informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
