About the Job
As a Brand Home Guide, you'll be the face of one of our iconic visitor experiences. You'll welcome guests from around the world, deliver engaging tours and tastings, and create memorable experiences through exceptional customer service, storytelling and genuine passion for our brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- ● Deliver engaging guided tours and tasting experiences that bring our brands, heritage and whisky-making process to life.
- ● Welcome visitors with exceptional customer service while supporting ticket sales and promoting the full Brand Home experience.
- ● Provide outstanding service across retail and food & beverage, including merchandising, replenishment and product recommendations.
- ● Support the planning and delivery of special events and visitor experiences throughout the year.
- ● Act as a passionate ambassador for Diageo
