About the Role

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Planning to join our A&P FP&O Demand team. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality financial planning processes, partnering with markets and finance teams to enable better business decisions through accurate planning, insightful analysis, and continuous process improvement and standardization. You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to planning transformation initiatives, improve global processes, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across regions. Deliver planning and forecasting activities for assigned markets or regions, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant execution. Partner with Finance and market stakeholders throughout planning cycles to provide guidance and resolve planning queries. Produce financial analysis, KPI reporting, and insights that support business decision-making. Contribute to planning transformation initiatives, including process improvements, systems enhancements, and testing of new capabilities. Build and maintain planning documentation, governance materials, and process mentorship. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and continuously improve planning processes and user experience. Collaborate with colleagues across Finance to drive consistent ways of working and best practices.

Requirements

  • A university degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • -4 years of experience in Finance, preferably in FP&A, planning, forecasting, or business analysis.
  • A solid understanding of financial planning and forecasting processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • A proactive mindset, strong organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mentality.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
